SIDPT charts missing from Lido product

This report pertains to LIDO charts available through the flight planner. All airports are either entirely missing or have incomplete SID procedure text charts (SIDPT). Those charts are indispensable for IFR flying. I have noticed instances of incomplete SIDPT charts in cases where contingency departures exist. Those specific SIDPT charts are present at least in some cases.

Currently it is not possible to fly IFR flights without using additional sources in order to supplement missing information displayed on SIDPT charts. The chart product in its current state is therefore defective and this issue is very obviously a bug.

The charts in question are described in Lufhansa System’s official Lido tutorial video. " Lido/RouteManual Standards Tutorial 3 – SID and SIDPT" timestamp 5:50

This is the exact topic looking for. SIDPT charts have significant inflrmation about initial altitudes , frequencies and route coding and they are essential for a IFR Airliner flight.

Thank you! I thought I was the only one that has noticed. Hope that they will fix it soon

SIDPTs will come with a future update:

same here. No charts anywhere.

to be honest, i don’t really believe in an update for the charts. it hasn’t really been noticed by the community, and I think, that even asobo/microsoft don’t know that those charts are missing

Still an issue. Should not be a big deal to add to the planner but the usefulness the SIDPT charts include is invaluable.

As was mentioned previously in this thread, on a previous Dev Q&A, and on the WT Discord, SIDPT charts are being worked on and will come in a future update.

We have been working with LIDO to get these charts and their associated metadata in a format that we can use (they don’t normally come as a full page of a chart except in their paper products) and as such these things take some time to pull together. We are still actively working on it together and on the post-processing required on the charts services end to link SIDPT to the right procedures and build code to ingest them into the pipeline.

Hello all,

SIDPT charts are now available on the web flight planner and in the EFB. On the web planner, you can quickly switch between SID and SIDPT charts using the shortcut navigation at the top left of the chart view menu buttons.

On the EFB, the SIDPT charts will appear under the MISC category instead of the DEPARTURE category. They will be moved to the correct category sometime during the upcoming SU2 beta flighting.
