What im suggesting is try someplace else that doesnt have known performance issues. One location to me confirms nothing

I haven’t been the only one that has reported this one location above Tokyo so as far as I’m concerned, the issue at that location has been confirmed.
BTW, have you made any attempt to replicate this bug, either above Tokyo or any other location?

I disabled helipads in my library and my FPS is back to normal at Tokyo with live weather turned on.
I was also experiencing massive stutters at RJAA. Since I disabled helipads performance is smooth as silk again with live weather on.
I did have to restart the sim after disabling helipads for it to take effect.
Please refer to my post above. Seems like there is a conflict with helipads enabled and using live weather.
So helipads+live weather=bad, but one or the other is fine? So strange.
Yes it’s very strange indeed. I noticed it’s already been bug-logged so hopefully will be fixed soon.
I tested this in RJTT. It seems to be compounding effects. Turning both off got me great VR performance.
How and where do you disable helipads?
Go to My Library and search for helipads. You can disable them there.
Will give this a try as lately I been getting some performance degradation with live weather on. Thanks
