Brief description of the issue:
For past month or so, Sim ALWAYS complained that it crashed, even though I was clicking the ‘quit to desktop’ button. (it always asked if I wanted safe mode). Today, it suddenly booted straight into the ‘update/install’ screen. I loaded the update, and now it boots straight into safe mode every time. No purchased content, or community folder content appears. Its safe mode only now.
