ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

Sim Crashes upon loading after Sim Update 2

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

Community folder has been renamed, and I’m still experiencing the isssue.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Everytime

Did you get a resolution for this?

I had to uninstall and reinstall the simulator in order to get it to work.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same issue :cry:

Did you try it without a community folder?
Check if all other windows components are updated, including MS store items.
You can also try resetting all of your graphic driver settings to default before trying to reinstall again. I had an issue with that once before too.

I’m on Xbox so none of that is an option for my case.

So even with a fresh install you get a crash. Are you getting the same error message that I’m getting above? And have you had this issue ever since SU 2 was released or something you are dealing with just right now?

Well where I’d go is do a manual check to see if the Xbox has a system update.
Uninstall the sim again, and don’t forget the separate Add-on component also.
Turn off the Xbox completely by (I think) holding down the X button until you get a Full Shutdown option, or just turn it off normally and then unplug the console from power for a few seconds and then plug it back an turn it on and try installing it again.

I don’t think there is anything else you can do at that point.

No error. Just CTD (crash to Xbox home). Fresh install and still the same issue, yea. Will give the other things you’ve suggested a try.
