Hey guys,
just purchased the Sim Federation Challenger 350, screens and engines not working at all… any ideas?
Maybe it can only work if started cold & dark?
tried it as well, no luck
PFD won’t turn on, MFDs are displaying a static image and throttles do not respond.
Shame that you pay for a plane that completely doesn’t work, emailed Sim Federation and waiting for a reply…
I have there 350 with no issues. However that issue mentioned I have with there Emb300. Being a V1 owner I was upgraded and Sytems are like yours the 350 in the Emb300, where as my 350 works. Strange?
did you ever get it working? Mine does the same thing…

In the same boat this morning, static mfd’s, stuck on stand.
Still waiting for my Email to get responded too. Geez.
You would think Microsoft would check these before they would put them on

Mine is doing the same thing and they dont offer Refunds. UGH
When I purchased it, it worked fine, brilliant in fact. However, nearly a month later, this. Static mfd image and unresponsive throttle controls. Every other aircraft works as it usually would. It’s got to be an update related deficiency.
Just bought mine 5 days ago. I guess i should report to Microsoft…

Hey Guys , sim federation got back with me today. When Microsoft did one of their updates it put a bug in the challenger 350 . The update is fixed and redownload the plane on Thursday or Friday .
