Hi,
I seem to stumble into this issue a lot recently but every time I attempt to load the sim, it gets stuck on the welcome page (see image).
I’ve restarted the sim and computer, checked internet connection, tried at different times of day to see if its a server issue and it still only loads when it wants.
Any ideas?

Blind shot: have ( or ever had ) you google-maps-replacment installed ?
Moved to #self-service:install-performance-graphics which is more appropriate 
If MichaMMA’s suggestion doesn’t help, close the sim and sign out of Xbox App and MS Store. Restart your PC, sign back into MS Store, then Xbox App, then launch the sim from in there.
If the issue is still present you maybe want to provide some additional information:
If you have tons of additional scenery and aircraft installed MSFS needs to load all of these - that could also contribute to he issue.
However it looks like it’s frozen on the login (no status bar).
