Sim is not connecting to Internet

See below. I am able to use Chrome w no issues, so there is something up w the Sim specifically.

If you go into the settings there’s something about “enable online capability” that has to be turned back on.

I had the same problem 2 nights ago. I uninstalled the sim, reinstalled it and now when it tries to update I keep getting this after a few min.

Any ideas anyone?
