The problem is NOT on your side.
Microsoft seems to have a problem with their servers and / or Azure service.
Nothing more for you to do than sit and wait.

I’m no genius but im not sure buying/building a new PC and re-installing will cure a global server issue.

Suddenly I face an issue currently when I try get into the FS , a red Warning is shown , connection is unreachable, check your internet connection and FS has broken down. I checked my internet connection is OK !!! what can I do? will the issue be solved automatically by itself by Microsoft one time so that I may hang on to it?? nothing is wrong with my PC or does it may take a long time ?? Please I ask for an answer thank you

I know. But that case of mine seemed local to me. I was trying to apply solutions to it for a good 3 months or so and just gave up (I’m not the only one, others had the same prob). After building a new PC for other purpose, I tried my luck and installed the sim in it, and voila! Same account, it ran fine. Went back to the old PC, tried it - No go!

Same for me. Marketplace, and all online services greyed out.
The offline doesn’t work properly as well. Once the Start Flight bottom appears the plane falls down, sometimes goes up like gummy ball and hits the ground again. On second load with same setup the plane is spawned correctly on the runway.
