I’d suggest disabling your addons to see if we can narrow down the problem.

Launch the game in Safe Mode see if ending a flight with one of the default aircraft ends with a CTD.
If the flight ends & returns to the main menu OK, it suggests that an add-on is causing the problem.
If you still get a CTD in Safe Mode, then we need to think some more… -
If step 1 completes OK, launch the game normally, but after renaming your community folder.
Start & complete a flight with one of the default aircraft.
a) If the flight ends & returns to the main menu OK, it suggests that a community add-on is causing the problem.
b) If you still get a CTD, it suggests that an addon from the Marketplace (if any were purchased) may be the cause, or an addon installed to a custom location determined by the addon provider. -
If a), then start adding back packages into the community folder & then completing a flight with one of the default aircraft. If you have a lot of packages, follow this procedure to minimize the time taken to test them all.
If b), then you’ll need to uninstall the packages & re-install them one-by-one to try to determine which causes the CTD.
If the re-installed package is an aircraft, you should fly a second flight to see if a flight with that aircraft causes a CTD.
