I have a bit of a knowledge gap regarding Sim Updates. My understanding is that they need to be manually installed (in my case through Steam). I never manually installed it, but it seems my Sim has updated itself to Sim Update 2 on 19 May. In Steam, the version of the Sim in the ‘Updates’ section is 18360086, which I understand is equivalent to Sim Update 2.
Regardless of this, it seems that Sim Update 2 hasn’t properly installed. I ensured that my community folder is empty. However, I notice that I can’t download anything. For other users, there is now a Download button when clicking on content in the Library. I’d be keen to download aircraft and airports. For me, this button does not appear, see below. Any ideas what I could do to verify whether Sim Update 2 has installed properly?
