Sim will not go beyond "Finish Setup"

:white_check_mark: ISSUE DESCRIPTION

  1. Downloading and installing went smooth. My internet connection is 1gb+. After launching the game it does not get beyond “Finish Setup”. I had the same issue with the technical alpha release.

  2. I removed everything, reinstalled several times, even tried a blank (new) harddrive (solid state M2). I turned off all virus and firewall protection and unnecessary tasks, trying to troubleshoot.

:white_check_mark: FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

I happens always, I have yet to play the sim.

:white_check_mark: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue.

  1. Reinstalled several times (even tried a new SSD harddrive). Rebooted before every launch
    2.Disabled all virus and firewall protections and unnecessary tasks
    3.No mods or add-ons. This is with a clean install.

  1. What peripherals are you using, if relevant: Mouse and Keyboard, bluetooth (Logitech)

  2. [PC Only] Are you using Developer Mode or have you made any changes to it? Windows 11, Direct X12, not in Developer Mode.

  3. [PC, MSFS 2020 Only] Are you using DX11 or DX12? DX12.

  4. [PC Only] Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version (Learn how to find your current graphics card driver version):
    Nvidia RTX3080TI, Latest NVIDA drivers.

  5. [PC Only] What other relevant PC specs can you share?
    ASUS TUF Gaming Z690-Plus WiFi D4 LGA1700(Intel 12th Gen). PCIe 5.0, DDR4,4xM.2/NVMe SSD,14+2 power stages,WiFi 6,2.5Gb LAN.
    Intel Core i7-12700KF
    Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C18 memory.
