After the 1.2.8.0 update, the sim window loses focus during flight if I don’t use the mouse. The Windows mouse cursor appears on the sim screen, and the FPS drops because NVIDIA’s frame generation is no longer working in the background.

Found the issue.
Game Mode has to be turned OFF in windows.
Did you need to restart the sim, once you had changed the game mode setting?
I’ve just tried disabling game mode while the sim was running, due to what seemed like it was the same as your loss of focus, yet the mouse would still have no effect.
