The simbrief flightplan wasn’t able to come on my EFB and YES I have entered my simbrief username and id in all possible ways (none worked) so I found another way later by putting in my simbrief id in the MCDU and I could finally have init request and I was so happy with it. Until [AUU3] which removed the ability to enter the id in the mcdu. I’ve then tried it in the efb AGAIN and it still keeps saying your simbrief username not set check options page. I got so irritated on this because I clearly entered my simbrief id a thousand times in the options in the efb but nothing works PLEASE fix this. It is VERY annoying. I’m on Xbox series X btw.
Works fine for me and has done since the SU15 Beta 1.37.16.0 release.
The numeric Simbrief Pilot ID is required in both the EFB and the MCDU. Additionally you must use the pop-up/on screen keyboard for the EFB entry.
Can you confirm this is how you have input your user ID into the EFB?

Doesn’t work anymore in the mcdu since that got removed for some reason.

Yeah I really don’t know what the hell they did with the update but all they did was ruin things…

I had the same issue yesterday. I just recently purchased Simbrief and wanted to use it. Unfortunately it is not working and indicating that the aircraft type is not correct. althought it is the ordinary Airbus A320 NEO of Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone is managing to connect to Simbrief in A320 (any version) in FS2024? I add my pilot ID in the options of the aircraft EFB (not the simulator one) and it keeps saying that the “username” is missing from the option page.

I use Xbox, and when I use the Xbox on-screen keyboard to enter my Simbrief Pilot ID, it doesn’t work.
That’s correct (or a bug), you must activate the EFB virtual keyboard and use only that one.
I entered my Simbrief Pilot ID, but it still doesn’t bring up the Simbrief information.
Yes, after entering the information for the first time, you must exit the simulator and re-enter for it to correctly take the changes.

Of course i have the same issue. I noticed that on the A320 v2 and A321 ( i am on Xbox X fs 2024) impossible to have access to the virtual keyboard( only the" normal "keyboard). The only way to enter succesfully your Simbrief ID is with the virtual keyboard. I works with the A400M for exemple because you have access to the virtual keyboard.
M’y question is : is there a methode to succesfully enter your Simbrief ID to fly the A320 V2?

Normal keyboard is the keyboard that appear on the screen automatically when you have to type something anywhere.
Virtual keyboard is the keyboard of the aircraft tablette only.
