Brief description of the issue:

When clicking the button to import SimBrief plan, OFP or weights is pressed a message saying “SimBrief plan requested” but nothing happens. Verified that the correct SimBrief username was entered in the EFB as well as in the MCDU. Verified that a flightplan was active on the SimBrief website. App like Navigraph charts recognize the flight plan with no issues.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Create flight plan on SimBrief website. Power-up the aircraft on the ground. Verify correct username in the EFB. Click the import SimBrief button.
