Simconnect Polling by multiple apps causing stutters

Description of the issue: A combination of apps such as Moza Cockpit and BeyondATC are causing simconnect to cause latency and performance issues.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Use both BeyondATC and Moza Cockpit the same time. Notice a degradation of performance. Closing either one of the apps returns the performance. As I just upgraded to the Moza AB9 I had not noticed this problem.

It is clearly demonstrated in the video below. I have the same described issue as this YouTuber.

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Both apps at the same time. Such as MOZA Cockpit, BeyondATC, GSX, Complex Airliner

  2. Load at a high density airport. Notice lower FPS by more than a 1/3rd causing stuttering and freezing.

  3. Close either one of the apps in the same session and the performance returns. Isolating that it is not one or the other causing the problem.
