Simverse Coins suddenly unavailable from online retailers?

Hi all,

Has anyone else noticed that - in the past week or so - Simverse Coins are suddenly unavailable from many online retailers?

To be clear, Amazon and other “high street” electronics shops have all the usual denominations (40, 80, 160, 240 and 400) available to buy through their websites at essentially full price, but it seems that they have completely evaporated from anywhere else.

Have I missed something, or are Simverse Coins likely to return to other retailers in the near future?

Thanks, and have a great weekend.

Hi @Pilotfirst9999 ,

Thanks for your reply. You’re quite right - they are available at full-price from the MSFS in-game Marketplace, and major retailers like Amazon, Argos or Currys (here in the UK).

I was surprised that other legitimate online retailers suddently had no stock of Simverse Coins in any denomination, and one told me by telephone that they had essentially de-listed them.

I just wondered whether perhaps MS had restricted sales of Coins as part of other changes alongside the removal of MScenery from the Marketplace.

On pc I buy via Steam and on ps5 sony sells them.
I wonder then if that fraudulent bunch were abusing the coin system somehow

For sure there are some shifty websites selling at discounted prices (I have heard nothing good about K4G, listed in your picture above), but some absolutely legitimate online game retailers suddently have no Coins to sell and I wonder whether MS might have changed policy.

Oh well, time will tell!
