Since SU1, many landing challenges have disappeared

Description of the issue: As the title says

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Every time.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. start FS2024
  2. select Activities, Landing Challenges
  3. in the sections Famous, Epic, Strong wind, several landing challenges are gone, like:
    Helgoland Duene
    Akureyri
    Courchevel DR400
    Nice
    Sedona
    Donegal
    Madeira
    Saba in King Air
    and several more…

• I have the same issue. Since SU1 Sydney and Brisane Landing Challenge Removed. JFK Landing challenge removed and others. The were NEO v2 landing challenges that were buggy and. crashing before SU1 now they are removed. When you go to Acitivities Landing Challenges these airports are not listed.

I have found the same problem. And Nice and Donegal were working perfectly fine before their deletion. Thanks so very much for creating the bug report!

Pico is also missing, in Strong Wing.

Not only have almost half of the landing challenges disappeared following SU1, but now only 4 aircraft types are represented by the remaining 13 landing challenges under the “Famous” heading:

B747
Cessna Citation CJ4
Daher TBM 930
Cessna 172 Skyhawk

In Epic,
Busilmin
Gorge River
Katoomba
are also missing.

It s the same for me. Have created a ticket and nothing so far. So many challenges that were there before have been totally missing since the sim update!

Bilbao, Brisbane, Akureyri, Dune, Christchurch, Calagary int are all gone from the game. they do show up as streamed in the my library section but not in the actual challenge page!

I have also posted on reddit and some people are noticed the same.

The support I got from zendesk was to try enabling them which lead to nowhere and the issue persist.

This was the first thing I did, and no help.

By the way, if we don’t type very slowly in the search field, some characters are missed:
I just searched for “landing challenge”, and I get this:

I lost my left hand already, so I am VERY slow at typing!
And the space disappears, so after the g, press space and quickly after c !
Finally: (best to type “landing challenge” in notepad and CTRL v in this field)

I tells me that Nice is “streamed”, but there is no Nice challenge anymore.

They obviously have not checked whether their solution works.

This is no help, just a ticking exercise.

Their answer is not a solution.

I cannot even disable then re-enable:

Paro landing challenge is also gone.

We have created an internal ticket to see if our team already has this logged, and if not they will attempt to reproduce the issue and create a new bug report. This item is now marked as feedback-logged. If there is an existing bug report or one is created, we will move this thread to bug-logged.

I assume it must not be just a few users who get this. If so, it will be very easy to fix, especially for the landing challenges that worked properly, like Nice, Duene…

But maybe need work for the faulty landing challenges: some A320 landing challenges had a major problem with the A320, like Akureyri and Madeira, where the engines were off, and the aircraft in steep attitude, down for Madeira, which lead to crash.

I hope this can be resolved. I am having identical issue. The email I received from helpdesk have not been able to do anything. since the launch most of the time is spent on either trouble shooting this or creating bud reports with no avail!
as the OP has mentioned the a320 neo challenges were already broken when this game was released but since the update they are not there at all.

When going into my library they appear as streamed but not loading up in actual landing challenges page and there is no option to enable these.

Yes, not helpful unfortunately.
Glad you confirm that the a320 neo challenges were already broken when this game was released.
