Brief description of the issue:
In DX12 Beta only (but not DX11) the slew functions for the lateral and yaw axis are not working. Roll, elevation up/down and forward/aft still work as normal in DX12 Beta with either keyboard or joystick bindings as before. Tested with stock aircraft and stock airports - both cold & dark and on runway. Also removed pedals but same result.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
In DX12 Beta, select any aircraft, any airport (ramp or runway makes no difference), enter Slew Mode and try to translate left / right or yaw left / right.
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
i7 / RTX3070 but not relevant
