yes and my ISP is 450 mps, I have even reset the pc 3 times and bypassed the router going straight from the modem to the pc, and I tried it on a different pc and got the same results. Tried opening the firewall, closed windows defender. I am in Tampa and only have to go to Miami for the main hub, my ping is usually 8 to 11. Doesn’t matter whether my VPN is on or off because it also has a server in Miami. Contacted both Steam and Store support and none of there suggestions help and usually made
the store speed go down. It seemed like the problem started around SU6 or 7 before that it was the good for both.
The Steam portion downloads at a good speed just 30 seconds or so and it’s done but when it gets to the game download that’s when it drops to an average of 2.75 including the world updates. I bypass the issue by copying the store content to the steam side but have to wait for World updates which takes about 4 hours. This is so weird, don’t know what else to do.
I sent this image to MS support and they shamefully tried to blame Steam for it. I blasted them for such a lame excuse and haven’t heard from them since.
