Well, I had hoped for better than this. I posted a message on the forum that was linked to in a post above, regarding slow downloads, on the Azure Playfab forums, from an end user point of view.
It was deemed “inappropriate”. I’m not sure why. I believe I was honest, courteous, even offering to assist with troubleshooting.
Perhaps I struck a nerve here, and nobody at Microsoft wants to “grasp the nettle”, as it were.
