fully aggree, it describe better what I meant before.
The only Shop-System which made all correct and a good job in this so called
“Microsoft FS Marketplace Order Chain over Steam” was/is STEAM.
I get an Email from Steam, I can see all my transactions in Steam, get support,
can choose refund if necessary, etc…
From these Microsoft In-Game Marketplace I got absolut no info
about my order: not an email, I can not see any of my order/transaction-flow,
absolut nothing… It is like I never bought something in this store !
( I know the in-game-content-manager exist, but this is not meant here )
And that this would not be enought, all FAQs mention in case of problems
more or less a ping-pong-responsiblity and mainly leave you/me alone.
( I assume: without the help of community, the issue here in thread had
be not fixed so “easy” ).
In my opinion the current order-process is near a fail from the perspective
of “make me feel save” and I starting thinking about this already as I spend
bit more money into an airplane.
Personal I realy think about whether I will buy something in this way again,
in special bit more expensive things.

In meanwhile my understanding is ( assumption ), that this so called
MSFS-Marketplace have nothing to do with MS ala Microsoft, in contrast of what
they suggested ( similar to the whole game, MS spend only its ‘name’ )
The licenses are checked if we start MSFS , not from MS itself :
the license-binding MS-account<->MSFS-License-Keys is not made in MS-Store
and therefore we see nothing in our MS account / MS store.
Thus fear same: seems Asobo accouting is necessary.

Much better would be that they find a solutions like Steam handle e.g.
DCS-DLCs - it is absolut transparent. I see the exact DLC in Steam and buy it.
History, Refund, and so on for a special payment is easy possible,
because I not only pay for a “new virtual currency” !
Reason for “design such a new currency” instead sell License-Keys would
also be interessting - it makes it near unpossible that other stores sell
special “objects” / DLC / …
( see e.g. issue that it is not possible to buy Deluxe-DLC over Steam )
What MS told, that we can buy MSFS and stuff for it transparent in each store,
must, with this knowledge, relativated a bit 
)
While I write this,… I think about to raise a point on whishlist to ‘official’
adress this point :/.
