I’m experiencing an issue where every so often my sim loses it’s full audio output. It will go silent for around 10 seconds as I wait for it to come back on. If I hit esc or pause the sim. The audio usually instantly loads back in and continues to work again for some time then it will do it again.
I have read up a few things about disabling audio enhancements and spacial audio setting.
I have also changed in the sim. The sound output device and communication output device settings from default and selected my output device specifically.
I then did a retest and it was there again cutting out my audio.
Please note at this stage I did not restart my pc. So maybe this is the solution. But thought I would make this post incase there’s anything else people suggest before I keep changing settings and barking up the wrong tree so to speak.
Drivers are up to date. I noticed this also happened previously when I plugged in my usb mic/headset. Every so often the same thing would happen to them too.
