You can use slew mode to reach an altitude of 275,000 feet, or 52 miles. Then use slew mode to maximum velocity at around 8000 mph. Should take you about 3 hours to orbit the Earth. No ISS or actual space vehicle, I’m afraid. But you can do it with slew mode if you just want to look at it.

Orbiter sadly doesn’t support VR, it is rather dead project, nevertheless awesome.
Get the freeware FlightGear - there is a Space Shuttle simulation that is absolutely study level, each system and every switch is working, you can even simulate emergencies of various kinds and rendesvouz with the ISS. You would need to study the well made free handbook, hovever. It’s not for casual gamers.
That’s not helpful to those on Xbox or those not caring about system depth. We just want to to do shuttle launches and orbits with a few button clicks like an airliner take off. About the visuals not the realism
