Brief description of the issue:
In a Cirrus SR22, the trim position is showed on the stick itself where it is graduated from Down–TO–UP. It is the only way to know how trimmed this airplane is. Unfortunately it always shows TO even if it is full down or full up. That’s a real issue when it comes to taking off because we have no clue and it will result in a crash at take off if that trim is too off of what we expect.

Until it’s fixed, use the HUD to see the trim. Not ideal, but it’s the only way ATM. Voted.

Yes I know thx anyway for your vote.

You’re right, activate the realism breaker HUD is the only solution at the moment because even the elevator doesn’t move at all. And it should because this aircraft has no trim tab on the elevator. It’s the entire elevator that must move to act as a trim.

Hoping that just few votes will knock at Asobo door.

FYI, this issue is resolved in SU15 Beta.; the stick visually moves according to trim input.

That’s interesting. So the virtual stick and the joystick are out if sync since the joystick doesn’t move when trimming?!?

For an additional kicker, the trim wheel on the VelocityOne yoke is reversed in the SR22. That was a fun one to figure out with no visual reference for the trim position.

Indeed but not important because it is the center position which is moving so the feel reflect the real thing.

The TRIM position is now displayed on the stick in response to pilot input. Should this entry be closed?
