Brief description of the issue:
If you install TNCM from the Content Manager:
You will see taxiway signs. Currently, most of them are wrong (different bug), but at least they are there.
If you uninstall TNCM, the taxiway signs go away. Default airports in the sim have taxiway signs. In my opinion, you shout not need to install 2 GB worth of custom airport in order to have proper taxiway signs at an airport. I believe that these need to be moved out of the custom package and into the default airport. (And also fixed, per the aforementioned bug report, before this one is done.)

- Go to Content Manager and uninstall TNCM:
- Start a flight at TNCM from the World Map.
- Use the drone camera to observe the taxiway signs.
Expected result: You see taxiway signs.
