What to do when in a flight plan, a STAR isn’t authorized and when all the other proposed ways of the plan offer the same thing ?

You will find its a bug with the FMC system it’s self across many A/C in MSFS. It’s a case of not one FMC system fits all. I use Simbrief and Navigraph for my flight plans and even with the latest AIRAC there is still problems in the FMC. I would suggest patience…they will fix it at some stage.
