The toolkit I use in conjunction with Oculus is this one: OpenXR Toolkit
You can read more about it here on the MSFS forum, see this thread. Note: the toolkit is regularly updated and the thread has over 2000 posts so you may want to read the first few posts and the most recent. You can probably skip the vast majority in between.
