Fly to the Statue of Liberty in a helicopter and take some trunks!

Got the same bug on Xbox.
Also, after SU13, New York is suddenly stuttering and lagging. Every few seconds while flying above Midtown, there is a half second stutter.
Really anoying, especially because the problem wasn’t here before.

Regarding the Liberty Island being under water, I’m guessing it’s a similar issue like we already have with elevation data on the Croatian and Greek coastline, where the complete coast is utterly ruined and unplayable. You can see these bugs reported on other threads.
