Gotcha - I’ve never changed it as I know certain interactions rely on it, but sounds like if you choose the right aircraft it’s a non-issue. Either way, I’ll test that out this evening and share my findings here.

As @DrVenkman3876 theorized this issue seems to 100% correlate to the selection of “Cockpit interaction system” (found in Settings > General > Flight Interface > Cockpit Camera).
With “Lock” the issue exists and seems to only affect the status of the light within the button/associated with the switch. However, changing this setting to “Legacy” allows the button/switch light to illuminate correctly/represent the status of what it is controlling.
Not sure if anyone here can share that with the devs on the dev support forums linked above, or it’s possible they’re already aware of this detail.

Hi! I’m trying to switch it, but it automatically goes back to LOCK — it won’t let me change it to Legacy.
Im assuming you’re on xbox. Yea we dont have that privilege, we are stuck on lock however those on PC can switch to legacy. Hopefully they will fix that soon.

• Yes, tested with the payware inibuilds A350 on Xbox Series X

• Button lights behaves correctly when keeping the cursor hovered over the button. As soon as the cursor is moved away from the button, light reverts to the last condition set when switching from external view into flight deck view. Functionality is correct, irrespective of lighting. See attached video below.
