Steam Gauge C172 Has Full Trim (either nose down or up)

Brief description of the issue:
The steam C172’s trim will only be 100% nose down or up, (very rarely it will be at 50%)
Screen shot gif provided is with every trim controller mapping disabled, I am only using the scroll wheel on my mouse, also click-dragging or having autopilot on does the same thing.

The G1000 172 works fine with no issues

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
load the Delux non-G100 Cessna 172
adjust trim, or let auto pilot do it

PC specs for those who want to assist (if not entered in your profile)
ryzen 5500x
RTX 3090

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
1.18.13.0 (was working fine until this update)

EDIT: I may be seeing similar oddities with the extra 500

Can confirm this on my end also. No mods in Community folder.
I also cannot set the fuel tank selector.

Yep looks like the Fuel tank selector is also borked for me too

My trim is bound to a lever axis on the Honeycomb Bravo. The trim on the Extra was borked for me. I heard random clicking sounds, but the trim seemed otherwise unresponsive, and it changed for some reason from nose down to full nose up at some point. It was the first plane I tried in SU5. On the second flight I loaded into the C172 steam and that was fine.
