Steering issues - Steering Locked Out

Asobo 747-8 and recently with the Bravoairspace 787-8. The latter was refunded.

Brief description of the issue:

unable to control 787-8 steering on ground from cold and dark startup. Steering works when loading aircraft directly to runway with engines running. The Asobo 747-8 will not turn at all and reports a message on the EICAS, STEERING LOCKED OUT.

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

i9 13900k, rx 4090, 48gb ddr5 7200, windows 11 pro, Hobeycomb bravo, Tyryle Beach Velocity One Rudder,
Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke.

seems most of the ussues happen with default aicrafts. PMDG 737, inibuilds A306 and Fenix a320 all works fine.

For the Asobo 747 issue there is an existing report:

For the Bravoairspace 787 issue, since it is a 3rd party aircraft, it cannot be reported in the Bug category that is only for 1st party developments.
