This is the ILS 27 approach into Fairford EGVA. As you can see from the D0810 fix the approach goes to a “USR” point then backtracks. The backtrack point is GIVIT although doesn’t appear to be noted as such. The correct approach should be D0810 - GIVIT - DESAP as per Navigraph. The strange thing is that DESAP is included too so why a random USR fix is added by the sim I have no idea.
