Started happening to me too never had this issue prior. Endless loading that gets resolved by reducing lod to 100. Still takes some time to load in.
Problem is that the ini airlines make the sim unresponsive when you do that so it never works out
No issue when reverting to live version, just the load time that takes a tad longer than expected
