Stock aircraft carriers or oil derricks? Where are they?

I moved your topic to World Discovery, where people discuss places to fly, etc.

There was an aircraft carrier included with the Top Gun add-on, however it is currently not included in the base sim but it is something they want to do.

I wrote up a transcript of this past week’s Developer Q&A, so I will quote what they said:

Jorg – And I think the one question people are asking is, is the aircraft carrier available for free flight?

Damien – Yeah, so obviously, that is something we want, as well. So for us, it was not the right time to make sure it was properly fitting with all the rest of the feature and content, but it is definitely something we will continue to think about.

Also, there are oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico if you install World Update 2: USA (FYI, @skypilotYTS).

I found them while helping out a user who couldn’t find certain POIs from the USA World Update. The Globe Map doesn’t show an exclamation point for them, but I figured there’s hundreds of them off the Louisiana shore, let’s just fly out and find some.
