I have seen this on PC as well. When someone is having the issue with zero addons it is a sim problem. That is why I asked him to turn photogrammetry off in the first place. I have seen it myself numerous times in multiple locations and I have zero addons as well. It also seems to really affect those on Xbox.

Yeah definitely seems to be an Xbox issue. With photogrammetry on, international airports are turned into off-road tracks with invisible walls on the runways and the occasional cliff face in the middle of a runway. Fly around London with it on and you can see where the photogrammetry area ends by the fact that the whole city is sat on top of a plateau with sheer cliffs all around it
