I have this too! And when i left click it turns white, i have no idea where it comes from

Yes. On Windows 11 and installed the latest Nvidia drivers too. As mentioned, this went away when I was able to roll back to SU10 during the beta period.
I have the same issue. This square appeared when I installed 40th MSFS Edition update. Win 10 RTX 3080.
I have the same issue. Win10, RTX2070s last driver installed (v526.86)
This will remove the square annoying box: Pull up the Nvidia GeForce Experience Overlay (Alt + Z), and then click on the gear icon. Scrolling all the way to the bottom under “Performance Monitoring”, and make sure “Always Show Reflex Flash Indicator” is unchecked. This fixes the black box issue. Thanks.

a question..
did you have NVidia REFLEX enabled ?.. if so, can you test with disable that ?
I assume it is the Indicator for Nvidia-Reflex, which you can enable / disable in Geforce Experiance in the Experimental settings.

and LOL, it is in meanwhile also available within the Geforce Overlay
=> settings → Performance → Reflex… : Ensure it is DISABLED

I found it in the nvidia settings pressing "Alt-Z.
Next go to settings. And then click on PERFORMANCE MONITORING.
Turn off the option and wala!!
