Description of the issue: Faulty blinking lines ( every few seconds…) at every airport I’ve tried. These occur then also subsequently in-flight. [Edit 12/22, 1333z: reproduceable TAA only!)

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Happens at every airport WHEN TAA is enabled. Switching to DLAA solves the issue. Switching back to TAA brings back those trippy lights. Reproduceable with nvidia drivers 566.14 and 566.36
