Strange/consistent CPU lag spike from my 5800x 3d, suggestions?

First off, for my specs:
Ryzen7 5800x 3d
2x16 GB DDR4 3200 Mhz
Asus RTX 3060 KO OC (non ti)
Windows 11
Running 2 m.2 NVME drives: Windows 11 is on a 1TB Gen3, with the MSFS community folder on a 2TB Gen 4.

As for settings, I’m running 1080p Ultra with DLSS and HDR enabled (just the standard DLSS, not running the frame gen mod). Rolling Cache is OFF in this photo (I did diagnose an issue of low FPS from my rolling cache and turned it off)

Pic taken was with the PMDG 737-800. I should note I have 4 displays in total for my setup:
Main display for MSFS: 50 inch Vizio 4k HDTV (but set to 1080p for both windows 11 and MSFS)
Second display: 27 inch sony HDTV for charts/discord/Vatsim (1360x768)
Third Display: 1024x1280 laptop monitor converted to be used for a PFD/ND display
Fourth Display: 640x480 LCD panel on my FMC

As you can see in the photo, I’m getting a strange and consistent lag spike specifically on my CPU. My GPU seems to be steady and unaffected. Not sure what this is but comparing to a friend’s 5800x 3d his doesn’t seem to do this, although he’s also running a 4070 with Frame gen so that’s making a huge difference in our FPS (his being over 100).

Just unsure how to get my CPU more stable is all lol. Those lag spikes can sometimes be noticeable in game.

I figured I’d post an update so that in the future if anyone sees this they’ll have something to go off of (in case they have this issue).

I temporarily removed my community folder and found the issue gone, which resulted in me slowly bringing stuff back in. It wasn’t an issue with PMDG, nor GSX:

It was an issue with me having an outdated FSUIPC and never realizing it since I don’t normally go FPS chasing. But after updating my FSUIPC my FPS jumped up to 70 which is a bit insane. Slowly added in all my other add-ons which resulted in no other changes and now I am good to go!!!
