Strange lights over the English Channel

Hi everyone,

I was flying over the English channel, and could see these light arrays below in the water.
I checked them on Google Maps, but could not see anything there. I was thinking maybe they could be wind farms..
On purpose, I’ve put on the little map so that you can see the approximate location.

Bing maps does not see anything on their satellite view:

They will be windfarms there are quite a few with many windmills in the English channel especially on the south east and east coast.
@MarkRWatney they get info for some things outside of Bing maps.
