Asobo what have you done!! Same here with Thrustmaster settings. Also mouse is not working properly after update tot SU5. Secondary functions in A320 are not reachable anymore when operating them with the mouse. ( Ex. Speed auto and selection, autopilot and manual baring ) have tried everything, even back to default settings.
Am I the only one experience these problems?
No, many experience the same. You have to reset all input profiles back to “default” (I erased the old ones) and create fresh ones. After I did that, controls are better again.
Thank you for your reply. I’ve already tried your solutions but without succes. Secondary knob functions are still not reachable. I can only adjust speed and baring, autofunction is not reachable. ( In A320Neo )
Or is it just me and not doing it right? 
I think it might be related to the new way to interact with the cockpit. You have to keep the left mouse pressed and then use wheel or left / right to scroll or the right button to click. This can also be set back to “legacy” in the input configuration.
Im having major problems with the Thrustmaster Warthog throttle sometimes it works most of the time it just doesnt after sim update 5

Same problems here with Thrustmaster after SU5. Can’t even operate my flaps. Why don’t they warn us for things like this. No idea how to resolve this. Why do we have to spend hours on new installments and tweaking on these forced updates.
