Strange noises in PMDG cockpits

Hi, Strange noises are heard in the cockpit like crackling noise in addition to the natural noise of the engines. It happens before the Takeoff and after that the noises disappear. This only happens in PMDG’s Boeing planes compared to other planes such as Fenix a320. Does anyone know the problem and can help?

The ground roll sound of every aircraft is very different, but as you mention ‘PMDG’ cockpits, you mean 737 and 777?

Hi, I didn’t check the triple seven but as I mention yet, only the PMDG 737-60O\700, has a problem.
Somhting to know, yesterday I pause the sim the noise stop and I get only the engines sound properly.

Dylan, I am sorry, but I have no idea; we do not have any other comment or ticket like this open right now, so if it is indeed an unintended effect it must be caused by something on your system.

I check the speakers but thay connect properly and as I told you the noise stop as I pause the sim and the enegines continue in properly sound.
I will check the trple seven.

Are you using any tools like FSRealistic? Or RealTurb CAT?

Both of those inject sounds.

That indicates the sound is not part of our product. When you try to debug something, ALWAYS remove ALL additional DLC so you are sure what company to talk to. Around 25% of support that we get is triggered by something we did not sell.

I do actually have the same noise and it’s on start up in particular- hard to describe other that a loud crackle

Try disabling it and seeing if the noises go away.

Well, than you know the answer. I have no idea what sound they insert.
