Brief description of the issue:
Stratford Municipal Airport (CYSA), Ontario, Canada has a beacon in the middle of the taxiway.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any Canadian charts to tell me if this airport actually has a beacon or where it is, if it does exist. (Please leave a comment, along with a screenshot of the source if you know where it should be.)

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

1. Start Microsoft Flight Simulator.
2. Slew or taxi to the area near the hangars.

Expected result: An unobstructed taxiway.
Observed result: One of the taxiways is blocked by a tower with a rotating beacon on it.

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant: N/A

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
This has existed before this build, but I am reporting this in 1.23.12.0.

There’s nothing there in the aerodrome chart.
