Usually, a reboot of the computer makes it, because it closes any program / update in the background.
You can check with CTRL+SHIFT+ESC and stop GamesServices.exe (andits borther “GamesServicesNet.exe”, from memory).
Also, check Windows Store and Windows Update for any pending update. FS may not start if XBOX Games Services is not up-to-date.
