Stuck at flight loading screen

Do you have any add-ons in your Community folder? If yes, please remove and retest before posting.
No, deleted everything in it and reinstalled sim, still stuck.
Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?

Brief description of the issue:
9 out of 10 times, when loading into flight, the progress stuck at the end of the progress bar forever.

Open the sim, load into any flight.

Did you try updating your GPU drivers?
Otherwise try following this article, has solved the issue for many

Im using the latest driver. After some testing, it seems like network related problem. My sim can load just fine if I turn off all online functions, but the graphics degraded a lot, since many scenery are missing. Im in Australia, and I tried the South East Asia and Western USA servers, which both stuck at the loading screen.(Both are around 100ms, lowest latency for me)
