Since you were unable to create a topic at the time you posted, I’ve moved your post from Discussion Hub > General Discussion to here. I expect that at the time, you were at trust level 0. You are now at trust level 1, so should now be able to create new topics. FYI, you can read about trust levels here, and forum categories here.
