Brief description of the issue:
I had the ATR but it was acting funky so I deleted it and tried to reinstall. Now I’m stuck in an endless loop when it tries to download. It seems to be stuck on microsoft-aircraft-atr-1.0.20.fspackage.001. I tried deleting everything ATR related but that didn’t work. Also followed the Microsoft guidelines to break the loop, but none of those worked. Using Steam on Windows 10. Can anyone please help? Thanks!
