Those stutters looked like a combination of scenery loading and, in the extreme case, rubber banding which is what you get when using FG and it can’t cope with a flooded CPU.
Knocking LODs down further and also (for testing) turn off any AI traffic mods for example. Anything that put an extra load on your CPU turn off/down
