Yes

I am running triple monitor just like the OP. I have three windows in full-screen mode. Same problem. When I have this problem, I can fix it by changing the side windows back to windowed mode, save, and then change it back to fullscreen mode, and save. Simply selecting windowed mode will put the windows back into the correct saved position.

I’m not sure now if this is a Windows or Nvidia bug somehow - I also use GTA5 very occasionally and the last time i tried that it was messed up too. Its not a multi-screen app but because i have the touch-panel cockpit in front of my main screen I have to move GTA on to the a side screen to play.

It was somehow moved to the wrong screen and again, the Alt-Enter refused to window it properly. Luckily i discovered that in the settings there is a place to specify a screen so i set that and it worked, however Alt-Enter still does not work.

In FS2020 I had to reverse my render window settings to get going again, so the windows are now effectively opposite where they used to be - its all working now apart from Alt-Enter - they are permanently stuck in full-screen regardless of the settings menu options as that does not work either.
