SU11 - Steam update failing. Missing Downloaded Files!

PLEASE HELP! I cannot install the SU11 update - can’t even get past the Steam update.

I get this error if I double-click the desktop icon:

In that folder, there is no All.psc

In the Steam Download manager, it just has this red text - clicking the Retry just brings this back up instantly:

So what do I do here? I tried deleting Download cache from Steam > Settings > Downloads but it seems to already have the 389.7mb already there after I log back in.

Shall I delete the whole contents of \1250410 folder?

EDIT: Sorted!! I was brave and deleted the contents of the Downloads folder - it worked! Don’t know why it went wrong. I was scared for a while thinking a full reinstall would be necessary!

Thanks mate!! I thought “I’ll just install stuff ready to play tomorrow” then this happened!! Sums up the sim in general, right?

To be fair I have never had any issues in any previous Sim or World Updates so it surprised me. I’ve only owned it since September last year so jumping in around SU6 or so I think…
