ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:Hello team, I hope you are doing well, and thank you for all the hard work you continue to put into Flight Simulator 2024.
I wanted to reach out because since Update 3, a significant issue has appeared that seems to go unnoticed but is definitely affecting some players. It concerns the controller profiles, which suddenly stop responding correctly after some time in flight.
Here is what happens: during takeoff everything works perfectly — all flight controls respond as expected. I climb to cruise altitude, engage the autopilot, and then after about an hour (without touching the joystick or pedals at all), the flight controls suddenly stop responding. To be clear, the aircraft itself does not freeze — all systems continue to run normally — but the controls no longer react to any input from the controller.
This issue never occurred before Update 3. It only started happening since that update. I have reported it multiple times, but unfortunately it seems to go unnoticed or not taken seriously, despite me providing several proofs of the problem.
The only workaround we have found so far is to go back into the settings, reapply or reset the control profile, and then the controls start working again. However, this completely breaks the immersion and makes it nearly impossible to land the aircraft properly if the issue occurs during approach.
I kindly but urgently ask you to look into this as soon as possible, because even though not many players are reporting it yet, I can assure you that this bug is spreading across the Xbox community and on social media, and it really damages the flight experience.
